Make your skin look younger in your 40s

Adequate skin care is required at any age in order to prevent wrinkles, lines or spots. Your skin start losing collagen and flexibility with your age and hence, you should start taking good care of your skin at the beginning of your 40. A right mixture of good nutrition and right skin care can keep your skin look great regardless your age.

Keep moisturizing your skin

Stay Hydrated

Women in their 40s are likely to have dead cells that make their face look dull. Exfoliate your skin gently to remove the layer of dead cell firmly. Use sugar scrub once in a week to make your skin clean and dead cell-free. Avoid over-exfoliation because it may cause irritation and more wrinkles on your face.

Nutrition
Regardless your age, nutrition is needed to keep your body and skin healthy and fit. After 40s, your metabolic rate slows down, so increase calories in your daily diet to burn fat fast. Add more vegetables, vitamins and minerals to your diet because women in their 40s face health issue such as menopause. Take more fiber and vitamin D to boost your immune system.
