Drink plenty of Water 
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Water flushes the harmful toxins out of your body and keeps your skin clean. Water also prevents your skin from dryness by keep you well hydrated. Make sure your skin stays with moist and hydrated enough to keep it healthy and glowing.

Apply Sunscreen throughout the Year
When your skin exposes to the sun, sun rays cause sun burn, spots, and wrinkles. Due to tanning, your skin loses the original skin tone. When you don’t use sunscreen, your skin may be damaged by the harsh harmful sunrays. Apply a decent amount of sunscreen to your face every day.  Make sure your sunscreen has 15 or higher SPF.

Perform some facial exercises that increase the blood circulation and oxygen supply. Add edibles that contain anti-oxidant and omega-3 fatty acids to keep your skin tone light, healthy and natural.

Remove Dead Skin
Exfoliate your skin regularly to remove dull, dead skin cells. Dead skin ceases air and moisture to penetrate into the skin pores and makes your skin look dull. It also causes acne, blackheads and whiteheads. Make sure your exfoliating cleanser or cloth is not too rough.

Cleanse your Skin Regularly
You should not go more than 12 hours without putting any sort of moisturizer, or any product on your face. Its better you apply sunscreen. Remove the dirt with a quality cleanser regularly and safeguard your skin from breakouts.
